Originally from New Jersey where he was born June 16, 1917, the young Irving cultivated a passion for the 'art and painting, a discipline that, initially, hoped to spend time and fatigue.







At the beginning of the thirties, Irving attended the Philadelphia Museum School of Industrial Art and became a pupil of the famous Russian photographer Alexey Brodovitch creative director of the journal Harper 's Bazaar from 1938 to 1958.
